How I work

When you work with me my aim is for you to feel safe and at ease, so you can share your intimate thoughts and problems without judgement. I see us building a good therapeutic relationship as key to determining the success of therapy. I offer a warm and authentic space to support you through the challenges you face in a non-judgement way.

I will help you gain insight into your thoughts and feelings and together we will look at new ways of approaching the difficulties or patterns that are preventing you from living in a more fulfilling way. As your therapist I believe the more you are fully aware of yourself, you are able to make choices about aspects of your life that feels truly right for you.
