Specialist in loss and infertility counselling in Sussex.

Your fertility journey is individual to you. Infertility can feel very distressing and can be an isolating journey. It is normal to experience a wide range of feelings when having fertility issues such as anxiety, depression, envy, anger, sadness as well as hope and desire. I hope to create safety so you can say exactly how you feel and what you think without judgement.

Wherever you are on your fertility journey.

A significant focus of my practice is working with couples and people managing issues that are specific to parenting, loss, infertility, miscarriage and with people who unable to have children due to a range of circumstances. I work with couples and individuals, whether you are beginning to contemplate starting a family (or have another child) through all stages of investigations, treatment, IVF, loss, pregnancy and beyond - I am here to listen to you.

As infertility is a specialist field of counselling it requires a certain level of training and experience. I have a foundation in infertility counselling awarded by British Infertility Counselling Association (BICA) and a professional certificate in psychosexual therapy, which addressed biological, social and psychological aspects of psychosexual issues. I also have many years experience and training as a counsellor, working specifically with bereavement and loss.

I am a member of BICA. BICA are recognised by the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA) and the British Fertility Society (BFS) in the UK.
